Sausages: Woodlands Quality Butchers makes there own sausages on the premises, which recently gained a Gold and Silver evaluation awards for Cumberland & Sage and Pork & Leek respectively at the NEC Birmingham. For quality, taste and consistency. And even more recently we gained five awards at the Nottingham & Newark show. We received Gold for honey roast pork, silver for pork & leek, pork & chive & Cumberland sage. And finally bronze for beef & Guinness. sun-dried tomatoes, olives and basil and wrapped in bacon. And
chicken breast stuffed with goat’s cheese and wrapped in Parma ham. |
